Yoga for Mobility:

New Yoga class beginning: Box Hill Village Hall. For those who would like to be a little more mobile, suffer with aches and pains, living with/recovering from an illness or living with disability.    

New term dates 2018:

Monday 1.15 pm, mixed ability, 8 weeks beginning 4th June to 23rd July inclusive, £76/72 concessions

Tuesday 9.15 am, mixed ability, 8 weeks beginning 5th June to 24th July inclusive, £76/72 concessions

Tuesday 4.45 pm, Yoga for mobility, 4 weeks beginning 12th June to 3rd July inclusive, £24 or £8 drop in, 4 weeks beginning 10th July to 31st July inclusive, £24 or £8 drop in

Tuesday 6 pm, mixed ability, 8 weeks beginning 5th June to 24th July inclusive, £76/72 concessions

Wednesday 6pm, beginners, 8 weeks beginning 6th June to 25th July inclusive, £76/72 concessions

Friday 7.30pm, mixed ability, 8 weeks beginning 8th June to 27th July inclusive, £76/72 concessions

Saturday intensive, 9 - 12 noon, 7 July, TBC Sept, 6 Oct, 3 Nov, 1 Dec, £31 or £27 early bird price if booked at least 3 days in advance.  Pre-booking essential.

Pay as you go, £13 per 1.5 hour class, concessions are students and those of state pension age.
