Testimonies:

“I started attending Di’s yoga sessions about 18 months ago after hurting my back at what I can only describe as ‘aerobic yoga classes’.  Di is an incredibly experienced and careful teacher and has taught me how important it is to have high quality instruction in yoga.  She is able to teach a mix of abilities and provide something for everyone.  I have always been nervous of inverted positions, but with Di’s encouragement and demonstration I now feel able to attempt all the main inversions - still work in progress, but a big step for me."

Cathy Johnson, Little Bookham.  Sept 2019

"I started practicing yoga with Di four years ago because I could no longer mow the lawn, walk long distances, or even sit still for a long time without my back seizing up. Di has been so patient yet firm with me that now my body does everything I want and need it to without complaining. I’m stronger, too, and at 46 years old can do a handstand for the first time in my life! Di’s also worked with two of my children, who started with her for their DofE qualifications, and now they’re devoted to yoga as well, starting a lifetime of health. As beneficial as yoga has been for my family, it’s largely been Di who has kept us motivated with her focussed classes, gentle insistence that we will get stronger and that we can achieve more than we think we can, and her faith in our abilities to thrive through yoga. Thank you, Di, from all of us!"

Julia from Dorking. May 2017

"Having been to several Yoga teachers over the years, Diane's classes are definitely the best. She explains it very clearly and is very observant of everyone's abilities. She encourages everyone to develop at their own pace. After just 2 lessons I could feel the benefit. I would recommend anyone to attend her classes.  Her classes are fun, relaxing and very beneficial."   Julie of Boxhill

You will need a yoga mat, block and a belt.

"In detachment lies the wisdom of uncertainty....in the wisdom of uncertainty lies the freedom from our past, from the known, which is the prison of past conditioning. And in our willingness to step into the unknown, the field of all possibilities, we surrender ourselves to the creative mind that orchestrates the dance of the universe" Deepak Chopra
