"I initially signed up to the foundation course to motivate myself to do more yoga at home and to learn techniques to help me relax, both of which has improved so much.

I wasn’t too sure what I was signing up to, so I have been thrilled by how much we have covered and how interesting all the topics are.  Being introduced to the eight limbs of yoga has been fascinating, it has helped me to understand how everything in yoga is interconnected and how this can ultimately strengthen us.

The course is a great balance of yoga, learning, creativity and group discussions, the days (and now we are coming to the end, the course as well) flies by so quickly.

Di has so much knowledge and puts in a lot of work to make this course, interesting, educational and fun, she also has a brilliant knack of bringing together lovely people to share the experience with."

"I have really enjoyed the course to date and it has more than fulfilled my hopes in my aim to learn more about yoga , its history and practice, and how I can apply this to my life.

Di is truly amazing as a teacher.  She wholeheartedly communicates her knowledge in a  diverse, creative and inclusive way.

I can highly recommend this course for those who wish to deepen their own personal practice and to take the next step to in training."  Jo of Epsom
